Join Austin Gears and our friends for our fourth annual campout, Back to the Woods, a gear and fetish camping event on September 26th-28th! 

Stay with us at the Texas Conference of Clubs landsite which is only a quick 90 minutes northeast of Austin in Milam county for 3 days and 2 nights of camping under the stars. We'll have hot meals, hot showers, and hot fun under the stars!

  • Top or Bottom... Bunk? Reserve a Twin or Queen sized bunk bed in the Bunk House. (Limited Availability)

Do I need to bring my own tent?

Yup! You can always stay with friends or see if one of the Bunk House beds are available but otherwise please bring your own tent/sleeping arrangements!

What's in included with the Bunk House beds?

The mattress, power outlets, and air conditioning! Please bring all bedding materials and pillows with you if you select a bunk bed.

It is a shared space so please be respectful of your fellow bunkmates. 

Will my RV fit?

Feel free to reach out to us to see if your RV will fit. We will be reaching out to all who select the RV option to make sure we best fit the spaces available to those coming

 Do we have a Telegram for the event?

Yup! You will receive the Telegram information once you have completed your registration. You don't have to join but its a way to communicate and engage with your fellow campers prior to heading out to the site!

 I am a diabetic and need to make sure my insulin is refrigerated.

There is a dedicated cool house and kitchen on site. Please contact us so that we can know to make any arrangements.

    Independent Cabin with two Queen roof loft beds and one queen pullout sofa bed.

Back to the Woods is an event for individuals over the age of 21 that takes place at the Texas Conference of Clubs Landsite in Milam County, Texas.

Assumption of Risk. I understand that participating in this event entails inherent risks of physical injury that exists with camping in an outdoor environment. Having read this form, I am fully aware of the risks and hazards associated with the event.

Voluntary Participation. I am freely and voluntarily choosing to attend and participate in this event and understand that I may view or participate in activities that I know are adult-oriented and/or sexually explicit during Back to the Woods.

Consent. Consent exists when two or more parties agree on the nature and ground rules of play that may occur between two adults of legal age. Consent is never guaranteed or expected. I will respect the decision of others to choose to not to consent or withdraw consent at any time.

Indemnity and Hold Harmless. By signing this document below, I hereby release Austin Gears LLC and their respective Councils from any loss, liability, injury, damage, or cost that may occur or that they may incur due to my presence or participation in this event, whether caused by my negligence or otherwise.

Knowing and Voluntary Execution. I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS DOCUMENT AND I FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A CONTRACT BETWEEN ME AND THE ORGANIZERS OF BACK TO THE WOODS (AND THEIR HOSTING ORGANIZATIONS)

Austin Gears

Austin Gears is a social group for queer-identifying people created to connect, educate, and inform about various gear events in the Austin area. We have a public gathering on the first Saturday of every month called “Gear Night” where we welcome people who are interested in leather, rubber, uniform, sport, and all gear fetish to gather with us and connect with others.
